VRENTAS ROOMS AND STUDIOS were built in 2011 and since that moment we aim to maintain a high standard of accommodation for our guests. In our premises there are double/twin rooms, three, four and five-bed rooms which are ideal for couples, families and friends providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. Built with the aim to cater for all needs and taste VRENTAS rooms to let and studios are waiting to offer you a special sense of relaxation. All the rooms are fully-equipped with great care to detail and decorated with inspiration. They include (depending on the type of room) a spacious bedroom, comfortable bathroom a kitchen with living room and separate balcony with a small sitting room so that you spend your vacations as if you were in the comfort of your own country house, with a unique view to the sea of Platamon (the eastern rooms) or mount Olympus (the western balconies).
As you will discover during your stay in VRENTAS rooms to let and studios every room is uniquely decorated and is built without lacking in comfort and practicality in combination with a warm and pleasant environment. All this contributes to our becoming your favorite holiday destination in Platamonas of Pieria Greece.
Our 50 square feet studios can host comfortably 6 member families or groups of friends.

VRENTAS rooms to let and studios in Platamon consist of 5 modern apartments separated into two floors with spacious rooms with all the amenities that can accommodate up to 6 people.

You can choose among:

  • Two twin rooms with a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate balcony
  • A triple room with a kitchen, its own small garden and bathroom with a tub
  • A quadruple apartment with 2 rooms, a hall, a bathroom with a cabin shower and a separate balcony
  • A five-bed apartment with 2 rooms, a hall, a bathroom with both a tub and a cabin and separate balcony

All rooms have free Internet access. Guests who own a device which supports wireless connection to the Internet (laptops, pdas, smartphones etc) can easily connect to the web.

All types of accommodation are cleaned and towels-bedding are changed every 3 days. Our grounds are pet friendly.

The following rates are for the renting of the room depending on the season you want to visit us. Our prices are so reasonable, so you can say that are similar to a simple room to let. Double rooms can host up to 3 persons with the addition of an extra bed

Special pricing arrangements need to be made for hosting an extra person
All the above prices are in Euro, per night and they include tax (Service Charge & VAT)

Booking Information
To make a reservation you need to pay in advance 30% of the total cost of your stay either by making a bank deposit in ALPHA BANK Account no: 841-002101-062200 or via postal check. You can find details in the menu CONTACT US. Your reservation can be considered valid only after confirmation of the deposit. If you encounter any difficulties with the procedure feel free to contact us and we will be happy to answer your questions.

You can pay the remaining balance during your stay in cash.

Cancellation Policy
Availability confirmation for requested dates is not considered a reservation. Guests need to make a deposit first. If a deposit is not made within the arranged time the reservation is likely to be cancelled. We have a strict cancellation policy due to the restricted number of apartments.

  • Cancellation 21 days prior to date of arrival – no retention of the deposit (bank expenses are payable by the guests-clients)
  • Cancellation between 12 and 20 days: 50% retention of the deposit (bank expenses are payable by the guests-clients)
  • Cancellation received less than 11 days prior to the arrival: 100% retention of the deposit

General Terms and Conditions
Please read carefully the following terms and conditions of accommodation

 

Standard check in time: 14:00- 22:30
Standard check out time: 08:00-12:00
Late check out after 12:00 will incur additional charges.

 

Note:
In case of very early or very late arrival please let us know in advance by filling in the special area in the contact form
(Special arrival/ departure arrangements can be made on request)

In case of:

  • Early arrivals between 06:00-11:00 are charged with 40% of the room rate (contact us for special pricing)
  • Early departures are charged with 50% of the remaining accommodation period
  • Late departure until 18:00 is charged with 50% of the daily room rate
  • Late departure after 18:00 (subject to availability) is charged with 100% of the daily room rate

Confirmation of the reservation
For a reservation to be considered complete:

  • receipt of the deposit (30% of the total balance for the full stay agreed but no less than the daily room rate) needs to be confirmed
  • guests must receive an e-mail of confirmation from the hotel manager

Pricing
Pricing may vary according to season or special offers. Prices are per type of accommodation per night. Room rates are in Euro and include all taxes. There are no hidden fees in our rates. Prices can be altered during the season with no prior notification. VAT, Municipal Tax and Service Fee are included in the rates. Our services are free for our guests.

Booking via e-mail/telephone
If reservation is made via e-mail the agreed room rate will be the one indicated on our website on the day of the confirmation. For reservations via e-mail or telephone a deposit (30% of the total accommodation fee) needs to be made in a bank account indicated by our reservations manager. The guest will have to send receipt (*) of the deposit and then receive a confirmation letter or e-mail which will specify the name, the accommodation fee and the dates of arrival & departure.
ID card or passport is essential on your arrival. Guests need to be over 18 to make a reservation.
